From the kitchen you enter the dining and leisure area.

There is plenty of room to chill out in the open plan dining area with traditional country furniture. The table seats up to 6. (High chair available upon request subject to additional charge and availability). There is a selection of CD's and DVD that you are welcome to use, plus soft ceiling lights, standard and table lamps to create the perfect ambiance.

Relax in the comfort of the lounge, with double patio doors leading to the garden and patio area. Watch your favourite TV programmes or tune into satellite on a LCD flat screen TV. If the evening cools down just a bit too much then put a couple of logs on the wood burner and indulge, it really creates a warmth and ambiance.

Two spacious double bedrooms (1 x king size bed and 1 x double). Both have pine furniture with drawers and wardrobes.  Fresh bed linen and towels are included. 2 x single bedrooms include tallboy wardrobes and mirrors. 

There is plenty of storeage with two spacious single rooms with pine tallboy wardrobes and bedside cabinets.  Fresh bed linen and towels are included.

If you fancy getting away from it all, enjoy some peace and quiet or read a book. Sit yourself down in this lovely comfortable wing backed chair and just take a moment to peer out of the window and absorb the countryside. (A favourite with all our guests)

The stairs lead to the top double bedroom.

The family bathroom is on the first floor within easy access of all the bedrooms.
